4. Return Eligibility
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order, unless otherwise stated on the product page or under a supplier-specific policy.
To be eligible for a return, items must:

- Include proof of purchase
5. Non-Returnable Items

6. How to Request a Return

7. Return Shipping Costs

Customers must contact us within 48 hours of delivery if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We may request photos or videos for verification.
Depending on the case, we will offer:

9. Lost or Undelivered Orders

Customers must follow the return instructions provided by Smart Life Hub. Returns sent without authorization or to incorrect addresses may not be eligible for a refund.
