Jet Pillow does not include PEMF technology, allowing it to be used without interfering with the PEMF settings of your mat. The heating elements are specifically focused on the neck and shoulder area, while the head remains cool, as applying direct heat directly to the brain is not recommended.
Please note that the Jet Pillow is designed primarily for therapeutic support and has a firmer feel, so it is not the ideal model for sleeping.
